The Process

With our knowledge of the industry and actively listening to what is important to you, we will take into consideration your experience, personality and motivation, ensuring that you take the right path.

1/ When you come to our offices we will ask you to describe your ‘ideal’ job and employer as well      as your career aspirations.
2/ Based on the above we will outline a number of companies - giving you information about their     culture, staff turnover, remuneration, career opportunities, etc - information you will not be able      to obtain elsewhere.
3/ Equipped with the ‘inside info’ you can choose which companies you would like us to arrange a      meeting with (all in confidence).
4/ Before you go for your first interview you will be briefed comprehensively on what to expect and     you will be fully debriefed afterwards. All relevant feedback from the client will be relayed to you      in order to assist you with future interviews.
5/ Once you have secured your dream job through Galaxy we will stay in close contact and act as     your professional ‘friend’, someone you can call anytime when you have a need to talk about      your job. The best part of our job is listening to our placed candidates’ enjoyment and success      stories – we enjoy celebrating your successes with you.
